Mill material certificates
A mill material certificate is supplied with each batch. It is the record of composition and properties for that heat, so the material can be checked against the purchase specification before it is put into production.
Free spectrometer-based PMI testing
Spectrometer-based PMI testing is available at no extra charge. The instrument checks the elemental composition of the piece in front of you, so the grade can be confirmed against the enquiry without a separate trip to a test house.
ISO 9001 process control
From order receipt through shipment, material and processed items are inspected and progress-controlled under ISO 9001. Heat numbers, batch numbers and inspection records stay in the system so the correct product can be delivered on time.
Independent third-party testing
Independent testing can be coordinated with specialist laboratories including the Shanghai Research Institute of Materials and NCS. Chemical analysis and physical testing support the inspection requirement agreed on the order.
