2507 Super Duplex Stainless Steel
2507 is a ferritic austenitic duplex stainless steel identified as UNS S32750 and EN 1.4410. It contains 24% to 26% chromium, 6% to 8% nickel, 3% to 5% molybdenum, and 0.24% to 0.32% nitrogen. Its duplex structure combines high strength with resistance to chlorides, seawater, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, organic acids, and alkaline media. The source lists long term service below 600℃, high toughness, fatigue resistance, good weldability, and carbon limited to ≤0.03% for resistance to intergranular corrosion.
