GH3030 Nickel Alloy
GH3030 is a nickel based, solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy. Nickel forms the balance, with 19.0% to 22.0% chromium, 0.15% to 0.35% titanium, and smaller amounts of aluminum and iron. The source describes good thermal strength and ductility below 800℃, together with oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, and weldability. Solution treatment produces a single phase austenitic structure that remains stable in long term service. Its straightforward composition and workability suit load bearing parts and oxidation resistant structures used at elevated temperature.
